Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Visiyon Music, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Accounts

You need an account to generate tracks or to buy or sell on the marketplace. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.

Generated content

• Tracks you generate are published to the public Library, visible and streamable by anyone who visits the site.
• You may not submit prompts intended to generate content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise harmful.
• We may remove any generated track or suspend an account that violates these Terms.
• Generation is rate-limited per account/device to keep the service usable for everyone.

Marketplace, payments & refunds

• A user who generates a track owns it and may list it for sale at a price they set (minimum €0,50).
• A platform fee is deducted from each sale; the remainder is credited to the seller's in-app balance. The current fee percentage is shown on the "My Tracks" page.
• Buying a track grants a license to stream and download that specific track — it does not remove the track from the public Library or transfer exclusive ownership.
• Because purchases deliver digital content immediately, sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by law or at our discretion for a verified technical error (e.g., a duplicate charge or a file that fails to deliver).
• To request a refund under those circumstances, contact [email protected] with your order details.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to abuse, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload the service; don't use automated tools to scrape or mass-generate content outside normal use; don't impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with Visiyon.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

Visiyon Music is provided "as is," in beta, without warranties of any kind. Generation results, availability, and pricing may change at any time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Visiyon is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
